– User: Refers to any individual or entity using the platform, including both Task Posters and Freelancers.
– Task Poster: A user who posts tasks on the platform.

3. User Registration and Eligibility

– Freelancers must provide identification proving their eligibility to work in Ireland. Admins will review and approve IDs before Freelancers can start accepting tasks.
4. Task Posting and Acceptance
– Task Posters can post tasks with details such as title, description, category, location, budget, and deadline.
– Freelancers can apply for tasks by clicking the “Accept Task” button.
– The platform facilitates communication between Task Posters and Freelancers through a built-in messaging system.
5. Payments
– Payments for tasks are facilitated through a secure payment gateway.
– The platform supports multiple payment methods.
– The platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the payment disputes between Task Posters and Freelancers.
6. User Responsibilities

– The platform acts solely as a connector between Task Posters and Freelancers and is not responsible for the performance or quality of the tasks completed.
– The platform is not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising from the interactions between Task Posters and Freelancers.
– The platform is not responsible for ensuring the payment for tasks. All payment disputes must be resolved directly between the Task Poster and the Freelancer.
8. Termination
– The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s account at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions or illegal activities.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
– The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
